Our charitable grant program

Through our charitable foundation, we focus on supporting the most pressing needs in the local community: creating pathways to positive academic experiences; promoting job opportunities for diverse youth; lifting barriers to positive health outcomes; and supporting those in crisis.

Investing in our future

The mission of the foundation is to enact meaningful and positive change in the lives of underserved youth, and empower the difference-makers who support them. Our foundation supports four strategic funding priorities that address educational barriers, health and social determinants, workforce development and  community safety.

Our foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations focused on expanding impact through proven and innovative approaches. Such awards align with both our mission and strategic funding priorities.

Education

Supporting educational outcomes of underserved and disadvantaged children and youth, providing access to educational resources, peer support systems, and wrap-around services that ensure academic success.

Health

Creating clinical-community linkages that address social determinants of health  including food insecurity, housing stability, safe communities and access to mental health resources.

Workforce development

Developing career pathways through direct training and experiences that position youth for more equitable outcomes and inclusive access to the workforce.

Safety

Providing a united response to catastrophic events that affect the safety, security and well-being of a community.
