Kathleen S. Lane served as executive vice president and chief information officer at The TJX Companies, Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Prior to joining TJX, Ms. Lane was group chief information officer at National Grid plc from 2006 to 2008. In addition, she served as chief information officer at the Gillette Company, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Vendor Financial Services. Ms. Lane also served as director, technology services of Pepsi Cola International and began her career at The Procter & Gamble Company. Since March 2024, Ms. Lane has served as a director of Camping World Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded retailer of RVs and related products and services. Ms. Lane previously served as a director of Armstrong Flooring, Inc., a publicly traded global producer of flooring products, from 2016 to 2022.

Ms. Lane is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Lane’s term expires in 2027.
