An accomplished leader and highly experienced senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the property and casualty industry, Jack was appointed president and chief executive officer of 华体会 in October 2017.
Since joining the company in 2006, Jack has served in several senior leadership positions. He most recently served as president, Hanover Agency Markets, where he was responsible for the company鈥檚 personal and commercial lines business, leading the company鈥檚 efforts to expand business written through its agent partners. Jack also has held the roles of president, business insurance; and vice president, field operations, marketing and distribution, across both personal and commercial lines; as well as vice president, underwriting and product management, commercial lines.
Prior to joining 华体会, Jack served in senior management roles at the St. Paul Travelers Companies, last serving as vice president, commercial accounts. Jack also served in a variety of underwriting and management positions at Fireman鈥檚 Fund Insurance Company and Atlantic Mutual Insurance. In addition to his responsibilities at 华体会, Jack is vice chair of the board of trustees for The Institutes, serves on the board of directors for the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, and is a member of the board of overseers of St. John鈥檚 University Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science. He previously served on the board of the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
