华体会 now offers e-docs 鈥� a secure way to automatically transmit a policy image from 华体会 to your agency management system. Supported by most agency management systems, e-docs enables you to receive policy documents for new business, endorsements and renewals.
To sign up, visit TAP and select "Agency tools." From there, choose "Agency download request form" from the "Agent tools and capability dashboard" section. You will need your IVANS Y-account and User ID.

Paperless

You can choose to receive both agent and insured copies of commercial policy transactions via email and you can choose to suppress the paper copies altogether.

TAP is a rich resource for agents that goes beyond point-of-sale quoting and issuance capabilities.
On TAP, you can find agency activity and policy documents. You also have access to policy activity and can search based on line of business, transaction type and process date. If you prefer to retrieve information yourself versus having it sent to you, you can quickly find and review policy details through a simple search.

My Hanover Policy is a self-service portal where customers can manage their business insurance policies 鈥� online or with the Hanover Mobile app. Customers can view their policy, sign up for billing text notifications, access risk management resources, view and update open risk assessment recommendations, file a claim and much more.

Customers have several electronic options to help them through the claim process. From filing a claim online or on My Hanover Policy to virtual claims adjustor site reviews and convenient e-check payment resolutions, customers can resolve their Hanover claims quickly.

There are several ways for customers to pay their bills, featuring paperless options such as EFT, one-time online payments, pay over the phone, and EZPay for workers鈥� comp policies.
