In this course, we cover tips for everyday ergonomic health and valuable self-evaluation tools, applicable to a variety of workplace settings. To start, we want to familiarize you with the Hierarchy of Controls, an established workplace safety protocol used to identify and mitigate occupational health and safety exposures.
