Warren joined 华体会 in 1993, originally in corporate development, then moved to accounting in 1994. He was appointed assistant controller in 1995, corporate controller in 1997, and principal accounting officer in 2015. Warren has responsibility for all general accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls (SOX).
Prior to joining 华体会, Warren spent eight years with the firm then known as Price Waterhouse, specializing in manufacturing, for-profit healthcare and financial services. Warren earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Master of Science in Accountancy, with High Distinction, from Bentley University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Vermont, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
