Our workers' compensation offering is available in all 50 states and can scale out to global coverage. Our offering provides a broadening endorsement at no additional cost that extends the standard workers鈥� compensation policy, allowing you to craft coverage to meet the needs of each business. This endorsement includes:

Voluntary workers鈥� compensation and employers鈥� liability coverage

Extends benefits provided by the state regulatory workers鈥� compensation act to include those traveling on business, who may not otherwise be covered*

Other states' insurance

If our customer has work in any state not listed on the policy, they will automatically be afforded 60 days to provide notification of the new state.

Repatriating employees

We will pay the additional expenses to repatriate an employee to the United States of America as a result of bodily injury to the employee.
