Data breach
This includes:
- Forensic IT review, to determine the nature and extent of the data breach and the identity and number of the affected individuals
- Legal review of the data breach and how you should best respond
- Notification of affected individuals
- Information material, a help line, credit report monitoring and identity restoration case management
Cyberbullying
Including the following costs when incurred directly related to a cyberbullying incident affecting a minor on your policy:
- Temporary private tutoring expenses for up to 90 consecutive days
- Unreimbursed enrollment expenses incurred, excluding tuition, for relocation to a similar, alternate school
- Professional cybersecurity consultation service expenses
- The purchase of apps, social monitoring software and web-based products to prevent further occurrence of cyberbullying events
- Legal expenses incurred for the removal of online content
