Every Prestige auto policy includes global rental coverage, offering protection for expenses incurred in an accident involving a rental car, anywhere in the world. Customize coverage with the following a la carte options:
New car extender
Protects against depreciation for cars within the three latest model years, providing full replacement cost for a new car in the event of a total loss. Vehicles older than three model years (or 45K miles) will receive the actual cash value of a vehicle one model year newer.
Lifetime original manufacturer (OEM) parts
Provides coverage for brand name replacement parts from the original manufacturer in the event of a loss, regardless of how old the vehicle is. Plus, these parts come with a lifetime guarantee.
Rental upgrade
Provides up to $6K in rental car coverage without a daily limit in the event that an accident results in a rental car being needed while the insured vehicle is getting fixed.
Prestige travel companion
In the event a covered car becomes inoperable, this coverage provides:
- Up to $250 for towing and roadside assistance
- $1K for hotel stays, meals and transportation
Plus, coverage up to $2,500 if pet dogs or cats is injured in a covered accident.
