- Up to $100K for fine art, collections and valuables
- Service line coverage
- Water backup coverage
- Loss of use with no out-of-pocket expenses, and no expiration date
- Flexible options for other structures on property, and much more
Prestige Home coverage
- Personal belongings coverage with ranges of 30% 鈥� 100% of Coverage A
- Flexible water backup coverage options
- Service line coverage, ranging from $10K to $100K, for damage of sewer, water, electricity and other lines
- Guaranteed replacement cost with a cash settlement option
- Unlimited loss of use coverage when a home is being repaired and is uninhabitable. No dollar limit, no time limit.
- Ordinance or law coverage covers expenses following a loss for code and building requirement updates.
- Loss mitigation coverage up to $2,500 for devices and steps to help protect against the same loss from occurring again (when a loss exceeds $10K)
