Nurse Triage 24 (NT24) is a valuable service that provides employees with on the job access to registered nurses 24/7 who can provide quick, actionable and expert advice in the event of a workplace injury. They are able to triage medical symptoms over the phone at the time of injury, so they’re able to get the care they need right away. This service is automatically included for all Hanover workers' compensation policyholders at no cost.
